Below you find several different meditations, 2 guided meditations, 1 toning (singing) and 4 meditations with nature sounds. Choose whatever you’d like, but try to eventually listen to all of them for at least a few minutes!
GUIDED MEDITATION: CLEARING NEGATIVE EMOTION
GUIDED MEDITATION: MORNING
TONING MEDITATION: Sing “AH” and “OH” with this meditation. (Don’t worry about how you sound or being on the right note.) Do this for 10 minutes or until you feel better.
MEDITATE WITH SOUNDS OF NATURE
Choose whatever nature sounds you prefer (4 choices below). Then close your eyes and breathe. Listen as long as you’d like, but try to wait until you feel a little bit better.
